MAK values integrity and transparency. This is why we always ensure that all our operations, costs, and processes are clearly explained to our customers. A fair and transparent dealing with customers in which clearly shows our concern for delivering high quality customer service

  • The AMC shall cover the comprehensive support for all Security Systems related services and other peripherals as per proposal.
  • Complete management of Security Systems issues through our Service Desk systems.
  • Preventive maintenance service is to be carried out every month for all the cameras and peripherals covered under the contract.

Including:

  • Upgrading firmware of Cameras and NVR/DVR.
  • Focusing and re-adjusting field of view(FOV) of the camera (without relocation).
  • Cleaning the devices for better and clear view.
  • Changing connectors if rusted.
  • Each and every call will be attended by our Engineer, according to the SLA agreed response time either by phone or by email during business hours (9am-7pm) during working days.
  • Recommendations will be given if required replacement or upgrade.
  • Troubleshooting if the cameras are offline.
  • Maintenance of Access Control Systems.
  • Upgrading firmware of Access control Systems.
  • Repair for damage resulting from catastrophe such as fire, act of God, strike, riots, and acts of war, accident, neglect, misuse, or operator abuse.
  • As offsite support provider MAK accepts no responsibility or liability for: lost, missing or hacked systems and similar items resulting in a mission critical situation or financial loss.
  • Service on machines, accessories, attachment or other devices are not furnished by MAK, unless specifically included in this agreement.
  • Repair required resulting from neglect of unauthorized persons other than authorized MAK personnel.
  • Damages due to abnormal electrical or power condition.
  • MAK will not be responsible for issues arising due to user error, user inability to operate the CCTV System, and hardware failure. MAK reserves the right to decline any warranty including but not limited to other CCTV Service support provider’s actions, such as: when the user or client (or another administrator or 3rd party) elects self-installation of Camera or any device in a corporate setting without prior approval from MAK, this includes but is not limited to: applications, Windows updates, other software updates and any hardware installation.
  • MAK standard SLA does not provide upgrading or replacing faulty Hard Disk (NVR) unless specifically covered within the contract.
  • MAK will not support pirated software & discourages its use.
  • This AMC does not include Civil, Electric & Cabling work
